Columbia 1960 Middleweight

All Parts including Bearings are still Original, Except Grips, Sadle, Pedals and Tires when we have around 1990's. And Couple times of painting jobs. Rechromes Parts, And on Rims there are some holes because of rust.

The Chainguard is missing too but totally still in good conditions.

Many years been a display in the living room

But Know: After Restored ( mid 2009 ), i added some new parts on it, likes:

Why it calls Middleweight?? is because This Bicycle Era Forks will not fit if you use Ballon Tires, another reasons also is The Bike in this Era were designed to be run much faster than the Previous era bike models.

The Kris / Asian Chopper

The Kris dapat dibilang adalah replica KW2-nya dari Raleigh Chopper Mk2, buatan Taiwan. Yang penyebaran distribusi sepeda ini memang peruntukannya untuk kawasan Asia saja pada tahun 1970-1980an. Dari informasi yang saya ketahui mengenai sepeda ini, memang Kwalitasnya dibawah Raleigh Chopper jika boleh dibilang, terutama Part2 yang digunakan. Misalnya; Shifter dan Rear Hub 3 speed. Jika Raleigh Chopper menggunakan Brand merk Sturmey Archer, The Kris menggunakan brand merk Shimano / Suntour dari beberapa Sepeda The Kris yang yang pernah saya lihat. Adapun The Kris juga memproduksi ukuran yang sama serupa dengan Raleigh Tomahawk ( 12 x 16 ). 
Walaupun mau dibilang KW2, sepeda ini masih layak di koleksi.


Adapun beberapa Brand sepeda yang menyerupai Raleigh Chopper buatan ASIA ini adalah:

The Kris :

Adapun beberapa Merk lainnya yang secara kasat mata mirip dengan Logo Brand Raleigh. Entah dapat dibilang tiruannya atau bukan, yang jelas bukan Raleigh atau Bukan buatan pabrik Raleigh:

Guaranteed: Umumnya sepeda berukuran 20" yang ada 2 Supitan pipa melengkung atau  sekarang disebut Rainbow dan umumnya Guaranteed ada kunci forknya. Jelas bukan Raleigh. Raleigh mengeluarkan frame yang ada rainbownya HanyaRaleigh Rodeo dan Fireball ( Era 1966 - 1969 )
